In our app, you must specify the control range for your wallbox within the wallbox settings. This range depends on both the vehicle and the wallbox being used. If these settings are incorrect, it may interfere with our control logic. Generally, the minimum and maximum current is 6 A – 16 A. To start the automatic control, you must activate it for the first time.
