SolarEdge offers a simple way to transmit meter readings to us via its online portal.
Preparation
We require your API Key and Site ID to access your meter data. SolarEdge currently limits access to 300 API requests per day. Therefore, you should expect delays in switching operations.
Ensure that your account is an end-user account and that your installation has been enabled by your installer.
If you have migrated to the new SolarEdge portal and cannot see the "Admin" tab, please contact SolarEdge or your installer to obtain your API Key.
Integration
To connect SolarEdge to our system, you must enter the API Key and Site ID during setup.
1. Log in to the SolarEdge portal: https://monitoring.solaredge.com/
2. Create your API key:
- Go to "Site"
- Go to "Admin" If the Admin section is not displayed, please contact your solar installer so they can send you the key.
- Go to "Site Access"
- Go to "Access Control"
- Agree to the terms and click "New API Key".
6. Now enter your API key and Site ID in our app.

Q: I entered the API key, but it is not being accepted. What can I do?
A: Simply generate a new API key and try again.
