- Delete the Shelly from our app
- In the device overview, click on "Add device" and select Shelly as a manufacturer
- Now click on "Connect device". The Shelly website opens.
- Get in with your Shelly account and click on the affected device.
- Choose "No" with the "Allow Device Control" option
- Choose "No" in the "Enable Integrator for this Device" option
- Click on "Save"
- Now allow the access in which you select "Yes" again in both options.
- Click again on "Save".
- Close the Shelly website and return to our app
- Select the device and put it on again.
The device should now be connected again.
