Connecting your AlphaESS System
Through our partner integration, you can connect your AlphaESS devices directly to gain full control and a live overview of your measurement data within the monitoring dashboard.
Important Setup Note: You do not need your AlphaESS online portal login credentials (email/password) for this connection window. The authentication is handled entirely through the physical hardware data of your system.
Where can I find the required data?
Both the serial number and the code are located on **one single label** attached directly to your physical hardware (inverter or battery storage) in your plant room or basement:
- 1. Serialnumber (SN): This is the unique serial number of your device. It is printed right above the barcode on the label (e.g., starting with AL20023XXXXXXXX...).
- 2. Verification Code (Check Code): At the very bottom of the exact same sticker, you will find a field labeled "Check Code" (e.g., AA6XXX). Enter this string into the "Verifizierungscode" field in the form.
Avoid Confusion Regarding the Code: The requested "Verifizierungscode" is not a temporary confirmation code sent via SMS or email! It is the permanent, static "Check Code" found on your physical device label.
