We control your heat pump by increasing the domestic hot water temperature by 5°C.

Where does the displayed temperature come from?
We display your domestic hot water storage temperature. If this value is not available, we display your buffer storage temperature.
Why is my consumption not displayed?
Unfortunately, Vaillant does not currently support live power values. These will be visible in the future.
Why can't I add my Vaillant even though I entered the serial number?
If the circuit board of your heat pump has been replaced, the serial number in the myVAILLANT app may change (usually to a number with many zeros). In that case, we cannot find the correct serial number and your heat pump cannot be added.
Please contact your installer so they can set the correct serial number on the heat pump again. After that, you can add your Vaillant as usual.
