You can easily connect your Vaillant heat pump using your myVAILLANT login. This works for heat pumps in Germany and Austria.
Preparation
Have your myVAILLANT login details (email address and password) ready.
Setup
- Select “Vaillant Deutschland” or “Vaillant Österreich” in the app. You will be redirected automatically to the Vaillant sign-in page.
- Sign in there with your myVAILLANT login details. You will then be taken back to the app automatically.
- Your heat pump is now shown in the app.
We control your heat pump by raising the domestic hot water temperature by 5°.

Where does the displayed temperature come from?
We show your domestic hot water tank temperature. If this value is not available, we show your buffer tank temperature.
Why is my consumption not shown?
Unfortunately, Vaillant does not currently provide live power values. These will become visible in the future.
