Did you accidentally subscribe to the wrong plan, or do you want to use more features now?
Just follow this step-by-step guide:
How to Upgrade Your Subscription
- Open the Google Play Store Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device (smartphone or tablet).
- Access Subscriptions Tap your profile picture or initial in the top right corner. Select "Payments & subscriptions" and then "Subscriptions" from the menu.
- Find Your App Subscription In your list of subscriptions, find our app and tap on it.
- Manage Subscription You will now see the details of your current subscription. Tap the "Manage" button.
- Perform Upgrade Look for an option like "Change plan" or "Upgrade". Then, select your desired new plan.
- Confirm and Complete Follow the on-screen instructions. Google Play will show you the new cost and ask you to confirm the upgrade.
That's it! Your upgrade is usually active immediately.
Important Information After Your Upgrade
- Billing: Google Play will prorate the cost of your old plan against the new one. This means you only pay the difference for the current billing period. The full fee for the new plan will be charged on your next billing date.
- Features Available Immediately: Your new features are usually unlocked right after confirmation. We recommend completely closing and restarting our app for all changes to take effect.
Having trouble upgrading?
- Wrong Google Account? Make sure you are signed into the Play Store with the same Google Account you used to make the original purchase.
- Payment Method: Under "Payments & subscriptions" - "Payment methods," check if your saved payment method is valid.
- Still not working? Sometimes, clearing the Play Store app's cache or restarting your device can help.
